Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Agreement

By using Memento (memento.onl), including the marketing site, host dashboard, and guest event links, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Memento lets hosts create disposable-camera-style events and share a QR/guest link so attendees can take photos during a live window. Photos remain hidden until the host unveils the gallery, subject to plan limits and schedule rules.

Accounts

Hosts must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Email/password hosts must verify their email before creating events. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Host responsibilities

You are responsible for the events you create, the people you invite, the content uploaded to your events, and complying with applicable laws (including privacy and publicity rights of guests).

You should only share guest links with people you intend to invite.

Guest use

Guests do not need a Memento account. By joining an event link, guests agree to use the camera and gallery features lawfully and as intended by the host.

Abuse protections apply, including limits on guest joins per network for an event.

Photos and content

Hosts and guests retain rights in content they upload, and grant Memento a license to store, process, display, and deliver that content as needed to operate the event and gallery features.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content or suspend access when necessary to protect the service or others.

Plans and payments

Free Trial and paid plan limits are described on our pricing page and in-product. Paid upgrades are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Deleting an event or abandoning checkout does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Paid upgrades are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us or Lemon Squeezy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Memento, attempt to bypass limits or security, scrape or attack the service, or use it to harass others or violate the law.

Availability and disclaimer

We provide Memento on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will meet every need.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memento is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
